1. Introduction

Bluprnt (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Bluprnt platform, a store-in-bio service enabling Filipino creators to sell digital products. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our services. We comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account data: name, email address, password (hashed), profile photo, store handle.
  • Creator data: product listings, descriptions, files uploaded for sale, store branding.
  • Buyer data: email address, order history, payment reference IDs.
  • Payment data: processed securely through PayMongo — we do not store full card or e-wallet credentials.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, clicks, device type, IP address, referrer.
  • Messages: conversations with buyers and AI-generated replies.

3. Payment Processing (GCash, Maya, Cards)

All payments on Bluprnt — including GCash, Maya, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers — are processed by PayMongo Philippines, Inc., a BSP-regulated payment processor. When you buy or sell on Bluprnt, your payment details are sent directly to PayMongo's secure servers. Bluprnt receives only a transaction reference and the amount. We never see or store your full card number, GCash PIN, or Maya credentials.

4. Data Storage and Infrastructure

We store account data, product metadata, and uploaded files using Supabase, which hosts data in secure cloud infrastructure. Files are served via encrypted connections. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel.

5. AI-Powered Features

Bluprnt uses AI to power auto-replies, cart recovery, sales copy generation, and product recommendations. We pass anonymized conversation snippets and product metadata to third-party large language model providers. We do not send personally identifiable buyer information (names, emails, payment data) to AI providers, and we do not use your customer data to train external models.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, and basic analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some parts of the platform may not function properly without them.

7. How We Use Your Information

  • To operate, maintain, and improve the platform.
  • To process orders, deliver digital products, and pay out creator earnings.
  • To provide AI-powered assistance and automation.
  • To communicate service updates, support responses, and legal notices.
  • To detect fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.

8. Digital Product Delivery

When a buyer completes a purchase, we deliver the digital file via a secure download link sent to their email. Download links may expire or be rate-limited to prevent abuse. We retain proof-of-delivery records for dispute resolution.

9. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with: (a) service providers necessary to operate the platform (PayMongo, Supabase, email providers, AI providers); (b) law enforcement or government agencies when legally required; (c) a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

10. Your Rights Under the Data Privacy Act

As a data subject in the Philippines, you have the right to be informed, to object, to access, to rectify, to erase or block, to damages, to data portability, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@bluprnt.to.

11. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
