Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Bluprnt, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These Terms form a binding contract between you and Bluprnt.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Bluprnt. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when it changes. One person, one account.

Bluprnt is a platform for creators to sell digital products — ebooks, templates, presets, guides, courses, printables, and similar files. Creators retain all intellectual property rights in their products. By uploading a product, you grant Bluprnt a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, market, and deliver the product to buyers on your behalf.

Bluprnt charges a flat 10% commission on each sale. There are no monthly subscription fees, no setup fees, and no listing fees. Payment processing fees charged by PayMongo are passed through at cost. Creators keep the remaining balance, paid out via GCash or Maya on a weekly schedule, subject to a ₱500 minimum payout.

Buyers purchasing digital products through Bluprnt are entitled to:

• Instant delivery: a download link delivered to the buyer's email immediately after successful payment.
• Reasonable download access: files remain downloadable for a reasonable period, subject to per-order download limits to prevent abuse.
• Refunds for defective or misrepresented products: handled case-by-case. Digital goods that have been successfully delivered and downloaded are generally non-refundable unless defective.
• Support: access to creator support and, when necessary, Bluprnt mediation for disputes.

You may not upload, sell, or promote:

• Content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Sexually explicit material involving minors, non-consensual content, or other illegal content.
• Malware, viruses, keyloggers, or any code designed to harm users or systems.
• Counterfeit goods, fraudulent schemes, MLM/pyramid offers, or get-rich-quick scams.
• Content that violates Philippine law, including the Cybercrime Prevention Act and the Electronic Commerce Act.

We reserve the right to remove listings and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Bluprnt provides AI-powered features — auto-replies, cart recovery, post-purchase upsells, and sales copy generation. AI output is generated probabilistically and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended phrasing. Creators are responsible for reviewing and overriding AI-generated content when necessary. Bluprnt is not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI output.

Payments on Bluprnt are processed by PayMongo Philippines, Inc. By using the platform, you also agree to PayMongo's terms of service. Payouts to creators may be delayed or withheld if we detect fraud, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms. Bluprnt reserves the right to reverse transactions in response to verified fraud or chargeback disputes.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or harm the platform or other users. You may close your account at any time. Pending earnings at the time of closure will be paid out subject to fraud checks.

Bluprnt is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bluprnt's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees we collected from you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Metro Manila.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
